Looking for FX brokers that support MetaTrader4,Paypal and have EURGBP 2 pips spread and have 0.1 lot mini account.

I'm looking for a forex broker that 
1. support MT4 platform
2. support Paypal deposit and withdraw  
3. have 0.1 lot trade size, 
4. spread EURGBP less or equal than 2 pips,  
5. spread EURUSD less or equal than 1.5 pip(not necessary) .  

These have been checked by me.
1.alpari(UK): spread widened in Oct. EURGBP : 5 pips in day time! NG
2.InvestTechFX: EURGBP : 3 pips(a pitty!), EURUSD:1 pip
3.CrownForex:EURGBP : 3 pips(a pitty!), EURUSD:1 pip
4.FXTSwiss:EURGBP : 3 pips(a pitty!), EURUSD:1 pip and Paypal not supported
5.InstaForex:EURGBP : 3 pips

None is suitable.
