ZERION – USER MANUAL & INPUT GUIDE Welcome to ZERION. This guide will help you understand how to configure and optimize your EA for XAUUSD (Gold). ZERION is designed as a "Drop & Use" system, but this manual covers the professional settings for those who wish to customize their trading experience. 1. Risk & Equity Management These are the most important settings for protecting your capital. Lot Sizing Mode: Choose between Fixed Lots or Percent Risk. Tip: Percent Risk is recommended for automated compounding. Risk Percent: The amount of balance to risk per trade (e.g., 1.0 = 1%). Max Drawdown %: The "Circuit Breaker." If your account equity drops by this percentage, the EA closes all trades and pauses. Max Spread (Points): Prevents the EA from entering during "News Spikes" or "Market Rollover" when the cost of trading is too high. 2. The Impulse-Pullback Strategy This section controls how the EA identifies price movement. Impulse Min ATR Ratio: How "explosive" a candle must be to count as a signal. A value of 2.0 means the candle must be twice the size of an average candle. Pullback Min/Max %: Defines the "Discount Zone." The EA waits for price to retraces between these percentages of the impulse move before entering. 3. Dynamic Exits (The Adaptive System) This is where you control the "Smart" Stop Loss and Take Profit. ATR Period (Default 14): The timeframe the EA uses to measure market "breath." SL Multiplier (Base): Your baseline safety distance. TP Multiplier (Base): Your baseline profit target. Enable Adaptive Scaling (True/False): When True, the EA uses the ADX Trend Filter to automatically widen your targets during strong trends and tighten them during flat markets. 4. The Linear Regression Filter The "Brain" of the EA. Min ML Threshold: Defines how "sure" the math must be before allowing a trade. Lower Value: More trades, slightly higher risk. Higher Value: Fewer trades, but higher statistical probability. Enable ML Filter: Turn this off only if you wish to run the Impulse Strategy as a standalone without mathematical filtering. 5. Recovery & Hedging Modes ZERION includes a specialized engine to handle trades that move out of favor (full optional). Recovery Mode: Uses a multiplier on recovery trades to exit faster (High Risk/High Reward). Standard: Uses a basic hedge at a fixed distance. Basket: Groups multiple hedge trades together to exit at a unified "Break Even" point. Hedge Distance (ATR): How far price must move against you before the recovery engine activates. 6. Visual Dashboard Enable Dashboard: Set to True to see your Win Rate, Equity Graph, and Daily Stats live on the chart. Dashboard Color Theme: Customize the interface to match your chart background. Quick Setup Checklist Open XAUUSD M5 Chart. Drag ZERION onto the chart. Check "Allow DLL Imports" and "Allow Algo Trading" in the MT5 Common tab. Adjust your Risk % based on your account size. Leave the rest on Default for the optimized Gold configuration.
