END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE PROGRAM

	The following License Agreement relating to the programs of the "SolarTrade Suite" series, hereinafter referred to as the "programs", is concluded between the manufacturer Adam Gerasimov, hereinafter referred to as the "licensor", and any person, hereinafter referred to as the "user", who installs the programs, accesses them, or uses them in any other way.


	1. The author of the programs and the owner of the copyright to the programs is Adam Gerasimov Igorevich. The licensor and exclusive worldwide owner of the rights to use the program, including the rights to reproduce, distribute and publish it in any form, is the manufacturer Adam Gerasimov Igorevich, 140, 13/1, 50 Let Oktyabrya, Cheboksary, Chuvashia, Russia, 428022.

	2. Trial versions of programs may be freely distributed (except as provided below) only in the form in which they are supplied, i.e. without any modifications.

	a. It is prohibited to distribute individual parts of programs, without the written permission of the copyright holder.

	b. It is prohibited to distribute unlicensed trial versions of programs as part of any other software without the written permission of the copyright holder. The programs intended for downloading must remain in the original, unmodified installation files without any obstacles or conditions for the user, such as charging a fee for downloading or requiring the user to provide their contact information.

	c. Unmodified installation files of programs must be supplied without any additions. Any additional equipment with other materials is prohibited. In particular, it is prohibited to use any programs for installing or downloading software packages without the written permission of Adam Gerasimov Igorevich.

	d. When distributing trial versions, it is prohibited to supplement them with cracking programs, keys and key generators, including links to them.

	e. Violation of the above conditions immediately and automatically entails cancellation of permission to distribute the program.

	3. The programs are distributed on an "as is" basis. No warranties, express or implied, are provided. You use the programs at your own risk. Neither the author, nor the licensor, nor their authorized agents are liable for data loss, damage, loss or any other type of loss associated with the correct or improper use of these programs.

	4. Licensed copies of the programs are purchased on the "MQL5.com" website.

	5. It is prohibited to use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, transfer the licensed and trial versions of the programs or their parts otherwise than described in this License Agreement. Any such unauthorized use leads to immediate and automatic termination of this License Agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Without written permission, it is prohibited to use the binary code of the programs or the source code of the programs to reverse engineer an algorithm that is the property of the author. The programs may use components developed by other companies, or the copyright to which belongs to other companies.

	6. Installation and use of the programs indicates your agreement with the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the License Agreement, you must delete all program files from your storage devices and refuse to further use the programs.
