This is an RSI based indicator, whenever it reaches the overbought or oversold level, it gives an arrow on the chart.
I don't think it should repaint.  I don't have the MQ4 code but it should be easy to code it

What I need is this

1) Alert functions / sound, message, sms  (as in the picture)

2) I need two type alert of signals

   Primary: Is When the first time it switches from long to short

   Secondary: Are the subsequent signals in the same direction.

I've attached a picture for you. 

3) These signals should be able to turn on / off, different color and choose symbols.
I'm attaching the inputs from another indicator you helped me code as reference.
So same thing, but instead of zero line cross and signal crossings; We have Primary signal
Secondary Signal.

4) Account / Expiration

Red Square are primary signals and yellow circle is secondary.
