Zone Detection 2.1 Support Zone: Bullish candle followed by Bearish candle (mark after Bullish closes) • Start: Bearish close to Bullish open (whichever is higher) • End: Lower of Bearish low or Bullish low (Whichever is lower) 2.2 Resistance Zone: Bearish candle followed by Bullish candle (mark after Bearish closes) • Start: Bullish close to Bearish open (whichever is lower) • End: Higher of Bullish high or Bearish high (Whichever is higher) 2.1 Zone Validity (Diagram 2) • Only unmitigated and unused zones are valid for trading. • A zone is considered mitigated (used) once the price retest to it. • A zone is considered a strong zone if it reversed the market and formed at least 3 non-exhausted candles afterward. 3. Market Direction Direction is determined based on the trend of the previous 30 candles. 4. Move Types 4.1 Non-Exhausted Move (Minimum 2 & Maximum 5 Candles in same direction) Formed when 2 or more non-exhausted candles are present. 4.2 Exhausted Move (Minimum 1 & Maximum 2 Candles in same direction) Formed when 1 single candle appears or a maximum of 2 but those 2 are exhausted candles. 5. Strategy: Absence Pattern (Diagram 3) 1. Any party make a non-exhausted move. 2. Followed by party B exhausted move. 3. Followed again by Party A with non exhausted candle and if 1st non-exhausted candle touches or close crossing the zone, and the second candle continues in the same direction and close as non-exhausted candle. 4. Signal is generated at the opening of 3rd candle for the same direction. Note: there must be some gap until the next zone 6. Strategy: Bearish-Bullish Alternating Pattern (Diagram 4) • Pattern must occur in a consolidation zone. • Valid sequences: - Bearish → Bullish → Bearish → Bullish → (Expect Bearish) - Bullish → Bearish → Bullish → Bearish → (Expect Bullish) • Only one trade per valid sequence. • Signal is generated immediately after the 4th candle. • Trade is taken on the 5th candle, based on the initial color of the sequence. Note: Only signal, but no auto trade 7. Strategy: Order Flow Increase (Diagram 5) 1. One party (buyers/sellers) shows a non-exhausted candles after a reversal from zone. 2. The second candle should also form as non exhausted and must be bigger than 1st candle but not more than double the size of the first candle: • Signal is generated at the open of the 3rd candle. Note: there must be some gap until the next zone
