Custom MQL5 Script for MT5 Trading Alerts

I need a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) script written in MQL5 that will automatically detect the open price of the 5:00 AM candle (local computer time) and set price alerts at specified levels. The script should be able to run continuously, monitor price levels, send alerts via push notifications, and reset alerts daily.


1️⃣ Detect & Store the 5:00 AM Open Price (Local Computer Time)
The script must identify the open price of the 5:00 AM candle using local computer time, not broker/server time.
The detection should work even if the script is restarted later in the day.
The script must automatically update the 5 AM open price daily at 5:00 AM.

2️⃣ Place Alerts at Key Price Levels
Primary alerts (5 pips above and below the 5 AM open price):
Set an alert 5 pips above the 5 AM open price.
Set an alert 5 pips below the 5 AM open price.
Secondary alerts (10 alerts above and 10 alerts below, spaced 10 pips apart):
Create 10 alerts above the 5 AM open price, each 10 pips apart.
Create 10 alerts below the 5 AM open price, each 10 pips apart.
Return to Open Alert:
If price moves 5 pips away from the 5 AM open price, set a return-to-open alert.
This alert triggers when price comes back to the original 5 AM open price.

3️⃣ Alerts Should Appear in MT5 Alerts Tab & Chart
All alerts must be visible and editable in the MT5 Alerts tab.
Each alert should also be drawn on the chart using color-coded horizontal lines:
5 AM Open Price Line → Gold
5 Pips Above/Below Alerts → Blue
10 Pips Interval Alerts → Green
Return to Open Alert → Red
The script should properly manage and remove old alerts to prevent clutter.

4️⃣ Mark the 5 AM Candle with an Arrow or Similar Marker
The script should mark the 5 AM candle on the chart with an arrow, dot, or similar marker.
The marker should help visually identify the exact 5 AM candle on the chart.

5️⃣ Send Push Notifications When Alerts Trigger
Each alert should send a push notification to my MT5 mobile app when triggered.
