Step 1: Crown Rock Trading System Workflow
1. Registration and Payment via Telegram:
◦ Users register and pay for the Crown Rock service through a channel
Basic Telegram.
◦ Payment is handled via integrated methods, and users enter the balance
of their trading account.
2. Mapping of Underlying Assets:
◦ During registration, users associate Crown Rock assets (GLD, SLV,
NASDAQ, OIL/UCO) to their broker equivalents.
◦ User sets leverage according to Crown Rock recommendations.
◦ This step is done only once, but can be changed
subsequently.
3. Signal Reception and Processing:
◦ Crown Rock receives trading signals (e.g., 'BOUGHT', 'SOLD') via
emails, which are then automatically sent to Telegram.
◦ Signals are processed and used to make trading decisions in the system.


4. Asset Selection:
◦ In the premium Telegram channel, users select up to four assets for the
automatic trading.
◦ After selecting assets, users confirm and boot the system
automatic.
5. Automatic Trade Execution:
◦ The system automatically executes trades on the user's MT4/MT5 account
based on the signals received and the assets selected.
◦ Funds are divided equally between assets, using 25% for each asset, and
only 10% of this sum is used for each operation. 6. Operations Management: Only for Crownrock
◦ Operations appear in an automated table in the system.
◦ The table tracks the user's position (long or short) and displays it with
green or red arrows.
◦ Positions are updated based on subsequent 'BOUGHT' or 'SOLD' signals.
7. User Autonomy:
◦ Users can manually close positions via the interface
Telegram.
◦ The system supports user-initiated closure of operations, maintaining
however the automatic execution of signals.
8. Final Workflow:
◦ The system manages the division of the balance between the selected assets and calculates
lot size accordingly.
◦ Ensures that each operation uses a maximum of 10% of the 25% allocated for
each asset.


PHASE 2 Connection between email and Telegram
. **Extracting signals from email**: The first step is to implement a script that monitors a
specific mailbox from which trading signals are received (with 'BOUGHT' operations
and 'SOLD').
 - Every time a new email arrives containing a signal, the system will extract
the data automatically (type of operation, number of shares, underlying, price).

 **Sending signals to Telegram**: Once the signals have been extracted, they will need to be formatted in
a readable message and sent to the Telegram channel via the Telegram API. The message will contain
the following information:
 - Type of operation (BOUGHT/SOLD)
 - Underlying (e.g. Oil, SLV, NASDAQ)
 - Number of contracts or lot involved (hidden)

Phase 2.1### Registration of customer data on Telegram Base
. **Subscription creation and registration**: When a user signs up via Telegram
Basic (free or introductory channel), you will need to complete the registration with your data.
 - Collection of basic personal information.
 - Connection with the payment method via Telegram to manage subscriptions
premium.

2. **Configuration of underlyings and leverage**: During registration, the client will be guided through
initial setup to map Crown Rock's underlyings with those that its broker
manages.
 - **Underlyings**: For each underlying that Crown Rock uses (GLD, SLV, NASDAQ, Oil/
UCO), the client will have to enter the corresponding name in his broker.
 - **Leverage**: A leverage will be suggested by Crown Rock, but the client can change it based on
your broker's settings.


Step 2.2 ### Walkthrough
1. **Premium Registration Invitation**:
 - When the user pays for the subscription, he receives a link to register on
Telegram Premium.
2. **Mapping of underlyings**:
 - The system will ask the user for confirmation of the corresponding underlyings of their broker (e.g.
"WTI" for Oil or "Brent").
 - These values ​​will be saved in the database for use when the system sends signals
operational.
3. **Financial leverage**:
 - Crown Rock suggests a standard leverage (e.g. 1:10 or 1:20).
 - The customer can change this leverage during registration and can also do so later.
4. **Database and information management**:
 - The data relating to the configured underlyings and the chosen leverage are saved in an associated database
to the customer's account.
 - Whenever Crown Rock sends a signal, this mapping will be used to execute
operations on the client's broker correctly.
All this will make the system automated and perfectly synchronized between trading signals,
Telegram and the client's broker.


Phase 3: Creation of the Subscription System on Telegram
1.1 Basic Channel and Subscription Information
• Create a basic Telegram channel where information about the Crown model is provided
Rock and the advantages of subscribing to trading signals.
• A bot will handle communication with potential customers, providing details on plans
subscription (monthly, quarterly, annual) and payment instructions.
1.2 Payment Management
• Integrate payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrencies to manage payments
of subscriptions.
• The bot, after verifying the payment, will automatically add the user to the channel
premium where you will receive trading signals.
• Expiration functionality: The bot monitors the expiration of the subscription and notifies the user
when renewal is necessary.
1.3 Access to the Premium Channel
• Only users with active subscriptions will be added to the Crown Rock premium channel
Signals, where they will receive trading signals in real time.


Phase 4: Management of Trading Signals
4.1 Acquisition of Signals via Email
• Receive signals via email, where each message contains a 'BOUGHT' operation
'SOLD' relating to one of the underlyings (GLD, SLV, NASDAQ, OIL/UCO).
• The system must automatically extract these signals and send them to Telegram.
4.2 Signal Processing in the Table
• The 'BOUGHT' and 'SOLD' signals will be processed to calculate the total sum of
operations on each underlying.
• If the sum is positive, the system displays a green arrow next to the name of the
underlying, indicating a long position. If the sum is negative, a is displayed
red arrow, indicating a short position.
• Each operation will update a dynamic table divided into four sections: GLD, SLV,
NASDAQ and OIL/UCO


Step 5: Basic Subscription Channel
1. Access to the Basic Information Channel:
◦ Users interested in the signals are directed to the basic Telegram channel,
called for example Crown Rock Subscription.
◦ Inside the channel there is all the necessary information regarding
the subscription, the Crown Rock model, the advantages of the signals and how to make the
payment.
2. Subscription Management:
◦ In the channel, there is a bot that handles payments and subscription tracking.
◦ The user can choose between different subscription options (e.g. monthly, quarterly,
annual), each with a predefined price.
◦ Once the type of subscription has been chosen, the user is guided to pay via
a secure system (like Stripe, PayPal, or even cryptocurrencies, if desired).
◦ After payment, the bot verifies the transaction and adds the user to
Crown Rock trading signals channel.
3. Verification and Access to the Signal Channel:
◦ After the payment is verified, the user receives an automatic message
confirm and it is automatically added to the Crown Rock premium channel
Signals, where it will receive signals.
◦ The bot records the subscription period and will send a reminder once it expires
for renewal or will disable access.
User Flow
1. The user signs up for the basic Telegram channel to find out information about Crown Rock.
2. Decides to subscribe via a link provided by the bot.
3. After payment, access to the Telegram channel with premium signals is enabled.
Advantage of this approach:
• It is a simple and centralized system that allows users to obtain all the
Subscription information in one place.
• Payment and subscription management is fully automated.
