start placing orders mondays from 00:00



stop placing new orders fridays from 21:00


1. after all orders is closed for pair wait 5 seconds & EA will buy and sell 
if no open orders for pair for 5 seconds EA will buy and sell

2. each time price move 1 points above / below any open order EA will place a order 1.5 times current lotsize

3. reset lotsize after all order for pair is closed
