REQUEST FOR EA WITH CAPBILITY TO BUY ABOVE THE MID PRICE AND SELL BELOW THE MID PRICE. (TOMIWA EA)
I have created a concept by which the EA should be able to identify the market price and also capture the updates of highest and lowest prices. In order to improve the current EA, I need another EA that can be able to turn these data/ record into an input and then use these information to take bidding trades for BUY or SELL positions in a real time situation. It should also be able to reduce the risk by accumulating all bids and closing them at the best profit level.
The below sample shows 3 Major lines of HIGHEST-GREEN, LOWEST-RED and MIDDLE-YELLOW prices. The middle price adjust itself as the highest or lowest prices changes. The Top side, ie Yellow to green recognises an opportunity to BUY when Market is going upwards to the direction, while the bottom side ie yellow to red recognises an opportunity to SELL when market price is falling downwards . Therefore, the EA should be able to consider these variables and use it to take trades accurately and timely.. The CURRENT Price is depicted in WHITE and determines where the market is expected to go and what prie to consider backup for reversal.  
According to AUDJPY below, the current position is a BUY action but the backup price is the Yellow line and the action will be a SELL from the point downwards, else if it reverts up, it will recover the SELL with BUY bids from the YELLOW to GREEN area.

According to AUDUSD below, the current position is a SELL action because its position is below the YELLOW line but the backup price is the Yellow line and the action will be a BUY from the point upwards, else if it reverts down, it will recover the BUY with SELL bids from the YELLOW to RED area

The EA should also be able to show the HIGH price, |LOW price, amounts of each and dates achieved, as shown above.
Only immediately available and professional programmers should bid for this project.
Also note that i will need to test the expert for a minimum of 2 weeks initially before closing of trade and 6 weeks afterwards before i can give review on the project after everything has been confirmed to work according to requirements
