Mt5 ea for trading volatility indices using macd and ma

I need an EA made for  trading volatility indices
it works with MA cross over strategy and Macd cross over
Ea takes trade buy/sell at the start of EVERY candle that satisfies the MA and MacD buy or sell criteria
The EA should have
1. 2  adjustable MA( shift, type, Period)
2. stop loss in points
4. Maximum number candles to trade in a day
5. number of open postions per signal
6. Buy and Sell on/off options
	7.	Lot size
all these setting should be able to function independently of the other functions
and if set to 0(meaning dont use), other functions should work without them
Also the MA or MacD can be used independently or together

Criteria
When fast MA crosses the slow MA downwards and fast macd crosses the slow macd downward ea should take only sell trades on start of every candle in the chart timeframe

When fast MA crosses the slow MA upwards and fast macd cross slow macd upwards ea should take only buy trades on start of every candle in the chart timeframe

After opening a position ea should automatically close trade in any profit at all as fast as possible.
Ea should only close trade in loss if stop loss is hit. 
If current trade is till on, ea should also be able to open a new buy/sell position irrespective of the current open trade at the start of the next new candle, As many as balance can allow. As stated earlier there should be option to select how many postions can be opened per signal
