Fix bugs on an existing ea and get more settings and visual buttoms.

1#                            Change name to  TMA_RITA_EA
2#                            The existing magic numbers inside the ea doesn’t work. If I load EA on 3 different charts and have separated magic numbers, all the buy on all charts are still connected and show current profit together. Same for Sell orders allso.
3#                            The visual display only show buy orders, the sell orders never show on the Ea´s  it’s a bug.
4#                            Need extra window in the Ea that are visual on chart, It should be current profit+- show on the existing opened orders only on the loaded chart.
5#                            Need Extra buttoms: Close Buy Orders, Close Sell Orders,
Close all Existing Buy/Sell Limit Orders and On/Off Buttom for the ea on chart.
6#                            Extra function as a buttom on chart: If I have pre set for example that ea TMA Band 1 order should close on profit 10 USD I should have one buttom on the chart that if I select Close on the middle band instead of pre set profit. Then I select close on middle band the pre set close value in profit for all the five different Status Orders TMA1, TMA2, TMA3, TMA3,TMA4 and TMA5 shows on the chart should be rejected.
