Create an EA based on Breakout with other features

I would like to create an EA based on breakout of the last bar.
The EA must have the following features:

StopLoss based on points
TakeProfit based on points
Maximum trades per day
Magic Number
Invert trades
Breakeven based on poins.
Daily goal for losses
Daily goal for gain
Time allowed to trade
Time to close all deals and orders.
Set the bar timeframe
Set a password to block some features
Security feature to allow some especific account numbers.
