first of all we have to download the free version 1 day demo from the various website who provide the nse cash/equity MT4  version for trial.

1.) for 1 month per segment RS. INR 350 charging.

2.) now download the mt4 sofware.

3.) now run the software and get the password via whats app.

4.)ther are many website to download and run for free and also subscription model.

5.) now login the mt4

6.) here you can see the demo version of mt4

7.)now i will show you how to download the historical data and backtest.

8.)go to history center and see the data period, i am selecting the coal india share.

9.) now you can see the data provided for very limited period.we hav only upto 02-08-2018 data only, now i will show to how to add historical data from yahoo finance....

10.)select the date range max and the press the button apply...and now download the file...here you got almost 22 year data with open high  low and close with date.

11.) now add the data in mt4..press the export button...now i copied and pasted the yahoo data into mt4 data...now very importatnt thing is remove the "null" column by sorting...

12.) now again import the data..you can see the data added..now close the mt4 and reopen...

13.)now test the hisorical data with mt4 free EA (exper advisor) by downloading...

14.) open the mql.com, i have donloaded the free indicator AW SUPER TREND

15.)YOU CAN SEE THE INDICATOR REFELECTING...

16.) i have removed the indicator and upload the backtesting indicator as AW SUPER TREND

17.) NOW WE ARE GOING TO BACK TEST THE EA...

18.)THE TEST WINDOW OPENED WE ARE GOING TO BACKTEST FOR VERY SMALL PERIOD BECAUSE IT TAKES THE HOURS TO BACK TEST FROM 1996, SO WE TETS ONLY FOR SIX MONTH....

19.) WAIT FOR BACK TESTING RESULT....

20.) FINALLY WE CAN SEE THE PROFIT LOSS OF THE STRATEGY, I HOPE YOU ALMOST UNDERSTAND HOW TO BACK TEST IN MT4, PLEASE SHARE YOUR OPINION AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO.....
