Mt4 BRIDGE TO BINARY.COM (Modification from Ea BinaryCom And BinaryCom2)

I want to create EA / Bot that can execute OP in web binary.com. EA in pairs on MT4 Broker then mt4 send signal to binary.com. And Open transaction will occur in binary.com in accordance with Pair (symbol) in pairs At Mt4. For Transactions in binary.Com we use Rise / Fall Mode.
For Open Trasaksi there are 2 Options namely
1. Manual Transactions Using Buy Button
If we click Open Buy or sell on Mt4 Then EA will I open a position at Binary.com

2. Auto Transaction using RSI Indicator
If the RSI position is overbought or is at level 80 then the EA will send a Sell signal to Binary.com
If the RSI position is oversold or is at level 20 then the EA will send Buy signal to binary.com

1. Buy Button / Sell (For Manual Mode)
2. Lot / stake
3. Expire (in Minutes)
4. Martiangle Mode (Are Two Mode)
    a. Standar Martiangle (Same as EA BinaryCom )
    b. Mariangale By Signal  ( Same as EA BinaryCom2)

5. Multiplier (Multiplication of Martiangle Lot)
6. Dayli Target 
    If my balance is 6000 in binary .com and I filled the Daily profit 300 target when my balance is 6300 then EA will stop position
7.  Max Martiangle 
     If Max Martiangale = 3
     If Open Martiangele is 3 x and result loss then EA stop order

8.  Filter Candle 
    In One EA candle may only be order once
