When indicator is loaded into any chart, It displays lot dashboard
Lot size should be calculated based on account balance, stop-loss, risk percentage and leverage
Row should contain automatically all symbols from market watch
Column should contain lot size and lot amount in account currency for Leverage: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600
