pivot x addition

1. add total trade % indicator that will show 

1 hour total ( will reset each day )
1 day total ( will reset each day )
1 week total ( will reset each weeek)
1 month total ( will reset each month )

performance of the itm and otm trades

2.information for 1h, 1d, 1w, 1mth, before each reset an email will be sent to an email address with the information of these time from these %'s. 
  then it will reset the % indicator for that time frame.
