I am looking for a code developer to code an EA based on the followings:

-Send X number of orders at the same time according to:
 predefined STEP in pips. (distance of X pips between each order)

-Orders to be placed in the direction of the X timeframe of Parabolic SAR. 
 When SAR changes direction, all trades and orders to be closed at market and place new orders based on the new direction of the SAR.

-SAR TF: Timeframe

-Trading hours:	true/false.
-Trading time ON: 00:00
-Trading time OFF: 00:00

-Step: X pips,
-Max #of trades: X
-Lot size: X pips
 Lot size: %risk of the balance,

-TP: Total profits in US$.
     When triggered, send new set of X orders based on current spot price.

-SL: Total losses in US$.
     When triggered, send new set of X orders based on current spot price.
