MT4 EA REQUIRED with Moving Average Crossover and Entry on PSAR +other options

I have a couple of indicators (Called: Romar and Purple) which I need to make in to an EA. The indicators are attached. It has a PSAR and Moving Averages which are modified. I want an entry when 2 moving averages crossover at a higher timeframe and an Entry on a lower timeframe when an opposite psar is formed and closed.

The moving averages which I want crossing and the PSAR in the indicators are in the following colours:
ROMAR - The third one on the list which is in GOLD colour.
ROMAR - The PSAR on the list is the one in YELLOW Colour.
PURPLE - The fifth one on the list which is in DarkViolet colour.

Let me explain in detail:

So the trade would go something like this (timeframes chosen by user):
MA Crossover timeframe: 1 Hour
PSAR Entry timeframe: 5 Minute

1. 1 Hour Moving Averages Crossover Bullish/upwards - waiting for retest
	a. If 5 Minute PSAR dots are already bullish then no trade - waiting for bearish psar first
	b. PSAR has to be bearish first - this is a retest

2. PSAR Bearish dots are formed and closed now first bullish psar is formed. 
	a. When this bullish psar is closed, this is Entry with Lot size, Stop Loss, Breakeven and Take Profit.
	b. If a Take profit is hit then Close EA.
	c. If a Stop Loss or breakeven are hit, then 1 more Entry on new Bullish PSAR with same rules as above.

3. Sometimes I dont want the moving average to crossover first. I want an entry opened when the current PSAR/Candle is closed. 
	a. I want to choose if this PSAR Entry is Bullish or Bearish. 
	b. I also want the option to choose a Manual Entry with inputted price, just in case I miss a trade. 

4. If I have a trade already opened/active, then I want the EA to manage it for me with the stop loss/breakeven/take profit inputted by user.

PSAR Direction = 		eg: Bullish/Bearish OR Manual Pending Price
Manual Pending price = 		eg: 1.2560
Lot size = 			eg: Manual/Percent of Account Equity
Stop Loss = 			eg: 100 points
Take Profit = 			eg: 100 points
Breakeven = 			eg: 50  points
Timefilter on/off		eg: 00:00 UK GMT
Alert on new PSAR =		eg: Bullish or Bearish
Alert on MA Crossover = 	eg: Bullish or Bearish
