Definition of execution point: Execution point should be post establishment of cross over and should carry 3 choices for me
1. open of bar abc following cross over (let the bar be called abc)
2. close of bar abc
3. .Moving average or close whichever is earlier. Moving average here is the purpose of calculation of price value. This moving average can be different from the other 2 moving average mentioned above. So the choice of parameter and kinds should also be provided. (Trigger price)
