HORIZONTAL S AND R

the indicator is simply going to be using horizontal lines to pick past swings,
this swings will be picked on a particular timeframe th line will show on other time frame
without shifting or changing.

rules

1, the swings the indicator will pick is swings marked by zigzag so the indicator
   should have zigzag attached to it.
2, the indicator should have number of bars that i can use to set how many bars 
   backward will the indicator go to find swings.
3, when this swing is identified, the indicator will use the hihgest or lowest candles
   wig or low and high on that swing to draw horizontal line.
4, all the swings picked must be picked on weekly timeframe but will show on all time frame.

this indicator is just going to be picking past swing using horizontal lines using swings 
that where marked by zigzag, so lets the indicator have option for me to do zigzag settings,
the indicator must mark all swings identified by zigzag.
