I need an EA using three indicator CCI,RSI and Bollinger band for my scalping strategy.

The Concept of the EA is to execute counter trade when they hit specific level

Criterias

TimeFrame: 1 minute
Indicator # 1: CCI
Settings:  14   Overbought level: 200   Over sold level: 200 (can be modified by user)

Indicator # 2: RSI
Settings: 6  Overbought level: 85 Over sold Level: 15 (can be modified by user)

Indicator # 3: Bollinger Band
Settings:   Bands Period: 14    Bands Deviation: 2.0 (can be modifed by user)



Conditions.


1. Indicator 1, 2 or 3 can be deactivate and activate individually and manually by user
1. TP is 4 pips and SL is 5 pips automatically placed in default when a trade is open, SL and TP can be also 
   modified manually on settings by user
2. Closing of trades happen when SL/TP is hit.
3. CCI 14 and RSI 6 must be touching their levels "at the same time" in order to execute a trade
   or if possible one of them may reach their levels first and the other one will touch after closing its candle 
   candle then trade execution will placed as long as those indicators are on their current set level or above 
   and not below (see picture for more clarification)
4. Execution of trade must be at the closing time of the candle and it must be closing outside the 
   bollinger band (normally if possible it closes as a Exhausion candle or Big candle with little wick), 
5. the previous candle must not be touching the bollinger band or surfing the bollinger band (very important) 
6. Lot size is default 0.01 for any amount of capital and it can be also modified manually by user
7. News filter option is included on the setting that can be check or unchecked by user, news filter
   must be 15 minutes before and after the moderate and high news impact and 15 minutes before market closing at friday 
   and 15 minutes after opening of market during monday time can also be changed manually by the user.

   Markets: USD,EUR,GBP,AUD,JPY
