INSTRUCTIONS FOR the MT5 EA called "EA 310" Platform: MT5 Account: Live and Demo Markets/Instruments/Products: All. Please take into an account different decimalizations, contract sizing and product specifications (forex, CFDs, futures, stocks...) Time frames: All Brokers: All (futures and fx/cfd and stocks) ========================================= Please see attached photos for clarification of indicator settings. Wherever a sign "*" is used, that setting is modifyable (custom input). ========================================= Indicator used MACD 3-10-16 and EMA 1) MACD 3-10-16 SLOW LINE 2) MACD 3-10-16 FAST LINE (histogram) 2) EMA 200* NOTE: ALL INDICATOR BEHAVIOR AND VALUES ARE TO BE TAKEN FROM A ONE BAR BACK THAT IS ALREADY CLOSED SO WE KNOW THE VALUE FOR SURE (it is not moving on a live bar). FILTER: Trade direction filter ENTRY TRADE EXECUTION DIRECTION ALLOWED (one option available) - OPEN BUY ONLY - OPEN SELL ONLY - BOTH ALLOWED FILTER: USE (X) EMA TREND FILTER FOR ENTERING TRADES YES - if yes, only buy entries are allowed above EMA and only short entries are allowed below EMA NO - ignore trend filter SLOW LINE ALLOWED FOR "INITIAL" (one option available) - ABOVE ZERO - BELOW ZERO - BOTH "INITIAL" condition requirements for a BUY ENTRY TRADE Step1: SLOW line is going up for 3* bars while AT THE SAME TIME FAST line is also going up for 3* bars. Step2: SLOW line is still going up uninterrupted BUT the FAST line is now going down 2* bars against it. Step3: Once that happens and the bar CLOSES, enter an immediate BUY AT MARKET order. Note: A buy entry is only valid as long as the SLOW line is still UP. If it closes down, cancel the "INITIAL" and start again. Note: "INITIAL" condition can happen again even if we already have a trade opened and it should lead to a separate new trade no matter whether it's a buy or a sell. "INITIAL" condition requirements for a SELL ENTRY TRADE Step1: SLOW line is going down for 3* bars while AT THE SAME TIME FAST line is also going down for 3* bars. Step2: SLOW line is still going down uninterrupted BUT the FAST line is now going up 2* bars against it. Step3: Once that happens and the bar CLOSES, enter an immediate SELL AT MARKET order. Note: A sell entry is only valid as long as the SLOW line is still DOWN. If it closes up, cancel the "INITIAL" and start again. Note: "INITIAL" condition can happen again even if we already have a trade opened and it should lead to a separate new trade no matter whether it's a buy or a sell. EXITING TRADES After a trade is entered, it will be exited based on TIME only, no matter if it's a buy or a sell trade, the exit rules are the same and they are as follows: EXIT the trade on the CLOSE of bar 3* after the open. No other stops or targets are used. Remember, multiple separate trades are allowed to be opened and each one has an independent exit like this. EA can also open separate trades in diferent directions (buy and sell at the same time if signal occurs). ========================================= FINAL IMPORTANT NOTES: EA should allow the possibility for a trade to be exited manually if chosen. All trades must be visually displayed on a chart by entry and exit points. For the testing purposes and finding bugs, let's show the "INITIAL" on charts somehow also - that way we can quikcly see if this important step is correct. Each order (entry or exit) that is executed live shall have a "sound event" connected to it so that I can hear order executed (wav files chosen by me manualy that are already built in MT5 if you go Tools/Options/Events). If the "market is closed" EA shall continue executing as soon as the market is opened according to instructions above or at the best available price. EA must be simply coded and be able to be backtested in MT5 Strategy tester without MT5 software freezing up even if tested on a 1 min time frame for the past 10 years of market data. I need a clean, simple and robust code that will work with no bugs. Please test it before sending me to test it. If MT5 platform has an upgrade, I would ask you to upgrade the EA free of charge after it, so that I can keep using it. We are agreeing for a 1-year free bug-fixing support in case I find any later (much later than the initial MQL5 testing time). Any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
