Requirements Specification.

Im in need of a indicator for MetaTrader 4. The indicator should be able to send out a buy or sell arrow when all the right specifications are met and also send
a sound, email and/or push notification.
 
Signal should only be showed on candle close when the right specifications are met.

Signal Specificaions

Buy rules:
21RSI > 5SMMA
MACD(12,26,9) > 0

Sell rules:
21RSI < 5SMMA
MACD(12,26,9) < 0
