EA to combine two existing indicators

I would like an EA coded with the following features:

Combine the outputs of two free indicators from the MT4 market.

I do not know whether it is necessary to ask the permission of the authors to use these indicators, or if it is possible to extract the indicator values without their agreement, in which case it may not be possible to build this EA.

The EA would place buy / sell signals when the trend output from one indicator matches the buy / sell signals from the other indicator.

In addition the EA would have the following features.

1. Magic Number
2. Maximum number of open orders.
3. Stop Loss
4. Take Profit
5. Trailing Stop [Start point, Step Size]
6. Lot Size
7. Trading Time [Start/End]
8. Enable Alert for buy/sell signal ( if EA only used as indicator )
9. Enable Auto-Trading ( if EA used as full EA )
10. Draw arrows when trades placed.
