Timeframe Break Out EA with Hedging - MT4

Timeframe Break Out:
I would like an EA that places pending orders at the high and low of a designated time period, for example, the high or low of candles between 1AM and 3AM.  
The EA should be able to be used on any time frame (for example 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hour, 4 hour, Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Should be able to identify the timeframe to be used, (for example as 1am to 3am, 8am to 9am if on an hourly chart 2:15pm - 3:15pm if on a 15-minute chart).
Trade should be taken once the breakout candle closes.
Once a breakout occurs, the remaining pending order should be deleted.

Hedging:
The EA should have the ability to hedge if trade goes the wrong way.  
Pending orders for the hedge should be placed. 
Should be able to determine the gap between hedging and the overall take profit to close open positions and max stop loss to close all open trades.
 Once EA reaches take profit all pending orders should be closed.
Should be able to determine the max number of hedges the ea can take.
Should be able to determine the hedging multiplier (for example 2.0, 2.5, 3.0)

Should have Stop loss
Should be able to take partial profit
Should have break even 
Should have trailing stop
Should be able to use EA on multiple charts./multiple pairs
